Specific Responsibilities include:
Operative planning of Clinical Research and Scientific Marketing activities
Product positioning (cooperation)
Budget planning and controlling
Identification of new trends
Transfer current scientific state of dentistry
Input for strategic planning
Strategic and operative planning Relocation is not authorized for this role that is based out of Maplewood, MN.
Minimum Qualifications:
Technical Degree
Minimum of one year experience giving technical presentations
Minimum of three years of dental industry experience
Advanced knowledge and understanding of dental products and clinical procedures; experienced in training others required Preferred Qualifications:
Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH), Certified Dental Assistant (CDA), Certified Dental Technician (CDT), Dental Training experience and/or another certification not listed above
Experience working in a clinical setting in a dental office
Combined experience in the preparation, prosecution and/or evaluation of patents
Experience leading cross functional team
Management skills (leadership, conflict management, multicultural)
Project management experience
Global Experience (multi-market or country) – preferred About 3M
