What is diabetes, its symptoms, causes and prevention

Diabetes is often referred to as the disease in which people have high blood glucose level which makes them feel thirsty and hungry more often and frequent urination starts. There are many types of diabetes; genetic diabetes, insulin dependent diabetes and gestational diabetes to name a few. The genetic diabetes has the ratio of over 80% people in the world. It is the most common type of diabetes and it is genetic. You will suffer from it no matter what you do but you can always stop yourself from catching diabetes too early. The gestational diabetes is due to obesity and mostly the women in pregnancy suffer from this type.

Causes of Diabetes:

Obesity: obesity is the main factor that leads you to diabetes. It may increase the level of sugar.

Stress: stress, depression, mental problems and other tensions cause diabetes.

Environment: environment is also a factor that causes diabetes. Because of this you have to make sure that the environment you are in should be clean.

Genes: diabetes gets you if anyone in your family has had diabetes. You are never sure when you can catch diabetes and for this sake you have to have the healthy diet and lifestyle that helps you fight diabetes until you can.

Age matters: age also plays a role in catching diabetes. At a particular age you get diabetes because of the age you are in. The age of people that is affected by diabetes is above 60.

Virus: many infections, viruses or diseases cause diabetes. You cannot fight it but you can take precautionary measures to avoid it.

Medicines: few medicines are also responsible for diabetes. The intake of excessive medicines causes diabetes and you cannot control it because it is helping you cure another disease.

Accidents: accidents are also responsible for diabetes many times. Any accident might be serious enough to make you suffer from diabetes.

Symptoms of Diabetes:

Symptoms of diabetes include; tiredness, depression, intense thirst, and frequent urination, eye sight problem, weight gain and loss at unusual times, getting hungry more often and starting to feel irritated.

Prevention from Diabetes:

When you want to prevent diabetes you have to fight with everything that tries to trap you in this disease again. The main step that you should take for the prevention of diabetes is to control your blood sugar level. The only way to do so is to maintain a healthy lifestyle and get a lot of physical activity so that you can lose weight too. Increase the intake of foods rich in fiber which include vegetables, fruits, beans etc. which helps in fighting for diabetes and other heart diseases. Ignore everything that is not good for your health. Consult your doctor every time you fear something going wrong. You can prevent from diabetes by carefully checking your diet and the way you live.

Dental care is considered more of a cash service there unless you’re poor or a child.So yes it’s definitely a possibility that your wages will go down if by some magical occurrence Obama’s health plan passes congress. {it will never happen btw} Remember all of the president’s ideas need to be passed by Congress & the House.this country was built on capitalism and will stay that way for a LONG time, so don’t worry about your wages going down.
