IBS New York Beauty Exhibition April 2013

The International Beauty Show will take place in New York on April 14th to April 16th, 2013. It will take place in Jacob Javits Convention Center, New York City. In 2012, IBS was attended by 500 exhibitors. The International Beauty Show is the top running beauty show in the nation which is only for professionals. The show is not open to the common public. This show is only for beauty professionals and the major purpose of this show is to instruct them. IBS New York offers miles of exhibits so visitors can test and compares tools without doubt, make purchases and they will be able to learn new skills and techniques. IBS New York conveys an excellent education, an expansive exhibit hall and barber cutting competition.

The International Esthetics, Cosmetics and Spa Conference New York which are co-locates with IBS New York and free of charge quality seminars by the most important professionals in the field of dermatology, spa services, equipment and massage techniques. The IBS New York attendees get the chance to walk the IECSC show floor for FREE with their IBS admission ticket.

Classes and Education

IBS New York proposes more than 100 instructive classes by industry heavy-hitters. In 2012, two new hair tracks were introduced that are Texture Tips and Barbering Secrets. The forum program will be full with hair cutting and coloring, makeup, nail and business classes. This will facilitate attendees to perfect their skill and improve their education.

On 2013 main stage, a number of the industry’s newest talent host Main Stage performances, which are included with attendee’s exhibit hall ticket. The full 2013 Conference Program will be posted early next year.

Nick Arrojo, Michael O’Rourke, Martin Parsons, the Sassoon Academy Creative Team, Lisa Yamasaki and others will perform on Main stage.

IBS New York’s amazing practical workshops are planned to give attendees an own and in detail education experience.

School program

IBS New York offers a precious School Program for students those are registered in a credited beauty program. Tuesday, April 16, 2013 will be the Student Day.

Barber Competition

The Third Annual Super Barber Cutting Competition at IBS New York 2013 will be presented by Major League Barber. IBS is inviting all its visitors to participate in this competition to test their barbers’ skills and this competition will also put their creativity to the limit.

Fastest Barber on Earth: Sunday, April 14 from 11:00am to 1:00pm

Design, Color & Cut: Sunday, April 14 from 1:30pm to 5:30pm

Conservative Cuts: Monday, April 15 from 11:00am to 5:00pm

Prizes:

First Place: $500 cash, Competition Trophy, Barber Chair & Major League Barber Product Package

Second Place: $300 cash, Competition Trophy, Barber Chair & Major League Barber Product Package

Third Place: $200 cash, Competition Trophy, Barber Chair & Major League Barber Product Package
